I got in 10 cups of water in for today! That’s 80 oz - the recommended is at least 64oz per day, but I usually have problems meeting that. Ok, it’s a small thing, but sometimes you have to celebrate the small stuff.

Next weeks training schedule looks like this: Mon - 30 minute walk before school and work Tuesday - cross train Wednesday - 30 minute walk/jog before school Thursday - cross train Friday - 30 minute walk/jog before work Saturday - walk Sunday - 3.5 miles I’m hoping that having a definite schedule to follow will help me stay on track.
