Prepping for tomorrow
Pork roast is in the crockpot, garlic and onion for seasoning.  It’s on low, so it should be ready by the time I get up for work tomorrow at 4am so I can have some for breakfast. I’ve got turkeybuger patties thawing out to cook for tomorrow evening.  I need to look up recipes for cooking green beans.   Crossfit tomorrow.  I was going to go today, but felt like crap when I got home...

First paleo shopping trip complete

Finished The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf
I started the book yesterday open minded and curious.  I mean, I’ve heard everybody who’s tried it say they felt better right off the bat.  I haven’t heard anybody doing a fad diet (Atkins, South Beach, etc) say that.  I’ve done Weight Watchers.  I’ve followed the Spark diet at www.sparkpeople.com.  I’ve always felt ok, but never “great!” Time to...

I feel like crap
So, as soon as my laundry is done (about 15 minutes), I’m going to bed.   I started the laundry and took a long soak in the bath tub with some eucalyptus bath salts and a very confused cat, then a shower to shave and wash my hair.  I still feel like warmed over poo. Work tomorrow.  Such fun.

Catching up
I ran on Sunday - a mile.  In 13 minutes.  Decent time for me, but the run itself sucked.  My legs just didn’t want to cooperate. I got my t-shirts last night!
Unfortunately, I seriously misjudged the size of 2 of them and they are HUGE!  Does anybody know if Spreadshirt will let me exchange them for smaller sizes or should I just wash them in hot water and try to shrink them some?  Here I was, afraid they’d be too tight to be comfy and I got tents instead!  The only one that fits well is my WTFU shirt from Mango.
