It’s Saturday. I’m at work putting in some over time. It sucks. However, it’ll pay for May’s crossfit dues. Holy crap.  I thought it would be tough.  It was.  Really tough. First long run since the half in Dallas last month.  Definitely have to figure out something to do with my shoes - they’re not that old, but they’re killing me.  They’re fine for about 3 miles, but after that, no so much. Should have thought out the route a little more before I left the house.  Oh well.

Holy cow. Ok, so, here’s the rundown.   3 mile run.  42:44.  14:14 pace. 1st workout done. Off to crossfit. I skipped the warm up.  It was 400 meter run.  I was already warm. WOD: AMRAP 15 minutes: 9 dead lifts (95#), 12 push ups (hands up at the bottom), 15 box jumps. Day 5 of paleo, Day 1 of marathon training

Paleo Day 4
Breakfast was 2 banana blueberry muffins and some almonds.  Later, a few more almonds for a snack.   Lunch was a red leaf lettuce and spinach salad with chicken and basalmic vinagarette dressing. Now, I don’t feel quite so lazy this weekend. Supper - Hmmmmm
