I just spent the last hour scouring the Discovery Channel and History Channel websites, looking for a way to send a complaint email. Did the same to my local radio station, too.

I’m tired of “reality” crap tv on channels that are supposed to be educational and that I pay for. Tonight’s prime time line up on History is ALL reality - American Pickers, Pawn Stars, Axe Men, Cajun Pawn Stars, and it just repeats. All. Day. Long.

Crappy run. Multiple reasons. Not sure now if I want to eat something or shower.

Shower. Definitely shower.

Do they make total body compression? I think I could wear it all the time. Haven’t even headed out the door yet but wow. Just wow.

Why is it that people only want to talk to me when I’m reading or have headphones in?  Trying to listen to the podcast Tridad posted earlier and either my dad is talking to me, or he turns the tv up loud enough I can hear it through the Yurbuds.  Erg.

Went for a stroll after work today.  I walked the first half at a decent clip (for me).  

I have no idea what that first split is.  

I ran the 2nd half.  Well, I say ran.  It was a 2:15/1:15 intervals.

My run times are getting better, I just have to work on my endurance to keep the times for any length of time.  

I’m getting there. 

2.5 miles today equals 422 miles in 2012??
